* It explains that the presidents roles and powers are set down in Article II of the Constitution. It lists some of the roles and jobs the president does. For example, commander in chief of the armed forces; commission officers of the armed forces; grant reprieves and pardons for federal offenses (except impeachment); convene Congress into special session; receive ambassadors; take care that the laws be faithfully executed; make use of the "executive power" of the office, such as the veto power; give an annual State of the Union Address to Congress; appoint officials to lesser offices. Those are all the jobs that this article says the president takes part in.

* It states that the president should serve a four year term while in office. It explains what the cabinet is and how it helps the president. A cabinet isa creation of custom and tradition dating back to George Washington's administration, functions at the pleasure of the President. Its purpose is to advise the President upon any subject, relating to the duties of the respective offices, on which he requests information (pursuant to Article II, section 2, of the Constitution).

This tells us that some of the roles of the president are as follows Lawmaker,  Political Chief, Diplomat, Chief of State, Commander in chief, Head of State, Chief Administator. As Chief Administrator the president leads the government. It also goes through and explains each one of the roles the president does and it also provides a picture.

* This article just explains all the powers the president has and how they use those powers. It explains everyone's role in the White House. The article tells you what the president does and how he does those things.
